Natalie brings a unique blend of hands-on caregiving experience, business ownership, and operational leadership to Friend Indeed. With over six years of direct care experience, she developed a deep understanding of the emotional, physical, and logistical needs of those receiving support. Her background spans a variety of industries, where she honed her skills in client care, team leadership, and process improvement.
As Executive Director and CEO, Natalie is responsible for guiding Friend Indeed’s vision, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a culture of empathy, accountability, and excellence. Her passion for authentic care and commitment to building a scalable, sustainable agency drive every decision she makes.
Heather combines extensive healthcare experience with strong administrative and leadership skills to ensure Friend Indeed runs smoothly and efficiently. Her background includes years of hands-on patient care as a nationally certified medical assistant as well as leadership roles in office management and healthcare coordination. She has worked in urgent care, primary care, and residential care environments, giving her a deep understanding of both clinical and operational needs.
As Director of Operations, Heather oversees day-to-day agency functions, ensures compliance with state standards, and supports staff in delivering consistent, high-quality services. Her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to the people we serve make her an essential part of Friend Indeed’s leadership team.
