We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who share our values and want to grow with a team that is dedicated to excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently and fully as possible. Your work may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Supporting meal planning and preparation, including dietary needs

  • Administering medications and following healthcare plans

  • Providing transportation to appointments, outings, and social events

  • Encouraging community participation and social engagement

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment

  • Documenting daily progress, incidents, and health changes

  • Collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and case managers

  • Promoting choice, dignity, and respect while ensuring an abuse-free environment

  • Completing required documentation

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who are caring, dependable, and eager to learn.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • The ability to meet required trainings (CPR, First Aid, etc.)

  • Physical ability to lift and assist clients with mobility

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to client dignity

  • Basic computer skills for documentation

  • An approved background clearance

  • A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if providing transportation

Where and When You’ll Work

  • Community-based settings and client homes

  • Hours vary based on client needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and assisting with mobility are part of the role
